Required before applying:

  1. YES/NO: Myself and all members of my household are ready for a Doberman this year, provided the right dog is available.

  2. YES/NO: I am a US or Canadian resident. 

  3. YES/NO: I am at least 18 years of age and am legally able to enter into binding contracts in the state of Washington.

  4. YES/NO: I have a private outdoor exercise and potty area suitable for a Doberman that is not available or accessible for public use.

  5. YES/NO: I understand that my application does not guarantee acceptance to the waitlist. I understand that acceptance to the waitlist does not guarantee me a puppy.

  6. YES/NO: I understand that Prima Dobermans will pick and match a puppy to me. I will wait for temperament testing and show grading of each puppy at 6-8+ weeks age. Depending on the personality and qualities of each puppy, they will be individually matched to the best fit show home, sport home, or pet companion home.

  7. YES/NO: I can afford the $4,000 purchase price. If I am approved to the waitlist and matched with a puppy, I am ready to pay in full when the puppies are 6-8 weeks old by cashiers check made to Prima Dobermans.

  8. YES/NO: I am able to pick up my puppy in person at your home in Chewelah WA when my puppy is ready (8-10 weeks age usually). *Phoenix AZ for some litters where specified

  9. YES/NO: I understand your Doberman puppies are too large to fly in cabin/under seat option by the time they are 8+ weeks old. I am prepared to get my puppy home by driving and not by flying.

  10. YES/NO: I agree that if I am not able or don’t wish to keep the Doberman at any time for any reason, I will return it back to Prima Dobermans.
