Arrive 10-15min early. If you are late or no show you may need to be bumped to the end of the day if we can fit you in. There will be no refunds for late or missed appointments.
Cash parking fee at the gate is $12 passenger vehicle or $24 oversized vehicle, there is no re entry permitted

FIND US: We are in the building behind the win photographer set up, near the CGC/Trick Dog/ATT Testing, at the back of the building. If you enter the building from the front, take a right past the catalog desk and past the balloon arch and follow the hallway all the way to the back of the building just past the win photographer set up around the corner from that. The catalog desk will also be in the front of the building and available to help direct you if needed.

ECHO APPTS: we will have OFA forms for you to fill out at the check in table, arrive early to fill them out
AUSCULTATION APPTS: I will email you a form to fill out and you must bring it printed to your appt or click here for the form
HOLTER REPORT READING: print and bring your holter report with you, if you need more time you can email your holter report later
*If you want to submit to OFA your dog will need to have a microchip.
**Appointments are all full and there is a waitlist we will try to squeeze in any extras that we can throughout the day and at the end of the day. You can always stop by and see if we have any empty gaps if you're around and available.
Dr. Bryan Eason is board certified in cardiology by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM). Dr. Eason received his veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University. He then spent two years at the University of Missouri completing an internship in Medicine and Surgery followed by an internship in Cardiology. Dr. Eason then went on to complete his residency in Cardiology and earn a Masters Degree at Purdue University.
Following residency training, Dr. Eason had a choice where to move and immediately chose the Pacific Northwest. Before founding Evergreen Veterinary Cardiology, he worked at a large multidoctor practice in Tacoma but has done relief work at many hospitals across the Puget Sound.
Dr. Eason has also served as an adjunct supervising diplomate for resident training at the University of Missouri for several years and lectured internationally on a wide range of topics related veterinary cardiology.
Off duty, Dr. Eason loves travel, sports, the outdoors and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their yellow Labrador.
